This kit is used for the qualitative detection of sputum samples and tissue samples of tuberculosis patients. The 315 amino acid mutation (K315G> C) and the gene of the promoter region of the InhA gene of the katG gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Mutation (-15 C> T). This kit detects two common mutation sites of isoniazid resistance, which helps to understand the resistance of patients infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and provides assistance for clinical medication guidance means.
